Best Glue for Paper to Paper

We recomend an Elmers product. This adhesive is ideal for paper to paper, it’s non-toxic, washable and has the added bonus of being great for making slime.

There is a reason Elmer’s Liquid School Glue is so popular and that is because it just works as it should.

Paper to Wood

For sticking paper to wood you can use school glue much the same as paper to paper. This is because both materials are porous.

If you want something a little stronger than school glue you could try PVC.

Paper to Plastic

For glueing paper to plastic we would recommend using an adhesive spray like 3M 80.

This spray is amazingly sticky for this kind of application.

Paper to Metal

If you need to stick paper to metal we would recommend a product like JB-Weld.

Photos to Paper

For sticking photos on paper one of our favorite scrapbook glues is Beacon Zip Dry Paper Glue.

Warning – this glue does have a bit of a smell to it, so if you put off by smelly substances you may want to put a mask on. Or get someone else to do the work for you!

Quick dry glue

If you are looking for a product that will dry quickly super glue or gorilla glue are good options.

Gorilla glue does take longer than Super glue to dry, but will generally reach a better level of adhesion. Super glue becomes sticky very quickly and forms a strong bond in just a few minutes.
